Two ways to validate parking.

Offer pay-first refunds, a free grace period, or both. You set the parking benefits and eligibility rules for your property.

Pay first. Get a refund.

On arrival, customers scan the QR code on the parking-lot sign, register their vehicle and pay to start parking. After a qualifying purchase, they scan the business’s countertop validation QR code for the full or partial refund allowed by your program.

Validate during a free grace period.

Customers scan the parking-lot QR code and register their vehicle to start a free grace period, such as 15 or 30 minutes. Before it ends, they must visit a participating business, make a qualifying purchase and scan the countertop validation QR code. The validated time starts from the beginning of the grace period—not from the moment of validation.

Validation, right at the counter.

After making a purchase, customers can validate with a QR code or an in-store kiosk to receive the property’s parking benefit. Choose the setup that fits your business. PARKLINQ supplies the materials and trains your team.

QR validation signs

Small QR signs are easy to move and replace, and take up very little counter space. Customers scan with their own devices; the signs themselves need no power or internet connection.

A secure tablet provided by PARKLINQ at no cost lets guests enter their license plate and validate parking at your visitor center, ticketing desk or business. It offers an easy alternative for guests without a phone or access to international calling or mobile data. The tablet sits in a metal countertop or floor stand and uses our own business SIM card. We don’t need your Wi-Fi—just a power outlet. It is the same tablet setup as our paid parking kiosk, configured for validation.

COUPON CODES

Share parking before guests arrive.

Property owners and managers can issue coupon codes in advance to offer free or discounted event parking. Codes can also let an outside organization cover parking for its guests through one shared payment method.

Offer an event parking benefit

Share a code before a wedding, concert, company gathering or other event. Guests enter it at checkout for the free time or discount your property chooses.

Let one organizer cover the group

When a group rents part or all of your parking, connect its event code to one agreed payment method. Guests use the code instead of paying individually.

Track usage. Charge accordingly.

PARKLINQ records how many times the event code is used and charges the organizer’s payment method for the covered parking. Agree on rates, eligible dates and usage limits before sharing the code.
