CAMPUS PARKING

Parking that fits campus life.

DESIGNED AROUND YOUR CAMPUS

One campus. Different ways to park.

Students and campus residents

Offer parking around class schedules and campus housing, with monthly or academic-period permits, designated areas and approved overnight access. Set eligibility requirements for each student group and keep parking privileges tied to the right vehicles and dates.

Faculty, staff and service teams

Create separate programs for employees, tenant staff, contractors and vendors. Set the areas and hours each group can use, and account for fleet vehicles, recurring service visits and other approved exceptions.

Visitors and the wider community

Welcome prospective students, families, customers and event guests with short-stay or daily parking. Participating campus businesses can validate customer parking, while departments and event organizers can arrange benefits for invited guests.

PRIVATE PARKING PROGRAMS

Your requirements. A clear path to approval.

Give eligible groups their own application process, separate from public parking. Choose the rates, permitted areas, access dates and supporting documents for each program.

  1. Invite

Share a private link or QR code with the students, employees or tenants who can apply. Each group sees the parking program intended for them.

  2. Apply

Applicants submit their vehicle details, upload required documents and accept your parking terms. Requirements can include a student ID, enrollment or employment verification, insurance and vehicle registration.

  3. Approve

When review is required, authorized campus or PARKLINQ staff check eligibility. Approved applicants are notified and can purchase their parking option, linked to their license plate.

BEYOND THE PERMIT

The details that keep campus parking running.

Connect the application process to the people, spaces and day-to-day work behind it.

Manage renewals and changing needs

Offer calendar-month or rolling 30-day parking, with optional automatic monthly payments. Send document-expiry reminders and set review dates to keep eligibility current. Manage vehicle changes and access dates as students and employees join, leave or move between programs.

Plan capacity across your property

Use dedicated or shared areas across campus lots, garages and mixed-use properties. Offer advance reservations, set capacity for each parking area and account for bookings when making parking available. Plan overflow for busy class schedules and campus events.

Give people a helpful arrival

Offer phone payment without an app, backed by local phone support. Add on-site ambassadors for directions and parking assistance, or payment tablets for visitors who need an alternative to their own device.

Support your campus security team

Give staff individual accounts with permissions suited to their roles, searchable parking records and a record of changes. Add camera access for authorized personnel where cameras are installed. Agree on escalation procedures with your security team.

Put daily operations in experienced hands

PARKLINQ can coordinate signage, equipment, maintenance, customer support and parking patrols. Enforcement teams check parking permissions and document activity, with campus rules and agreed authorization procedures guiding how exceptions are handled.

Turn activity into useful insight

Review parking activity, permit sales and revenue in one dashboard. See busy periods, average length of stay and program use to inform campus planning, staffing and budgeting.

GETTING STARTED

A clear path to launch.

  1. Map your campus needs

Share your parking areas, user groups, academic calendar and operating rules. We’ll work with parking, security, facilities and finance teams to recommend a program that fits.

  2. Build and test the program

Set up rates, applications, approvals, permits and validation. Prepare signs, equipment and team access, then walk through the experience for a student, an employee and a visitor before launch.

  3. Support and refine

Launch with clear guidance and agreed support responsibilities. Review activity and feedback together, then adjust the program as enrollment, events and campus needs change.

Good to know.

Can student and employee programs stay out of public listings?

Yes. Private programs can be excluded from public parking listings. Share their application links directly with eligible groups while keeping any public parking options available to visitors.

Can we keep our existing parking rules?

We start with your current rules, including overnight restrictions, fleet permissions and special access. Together, we identify what to retain, clarify or adjust before configuring the program.
